2. To enter the Sweepstakes: Register
at any official registration location starting at or around 9:00am (MT) on February
29, 2008 and ending at 5pm (MT) on May 17, 2008. Participants will register
their name, address and phone number to be entered into a random drawing
(collectively "Eligible Entries"). There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner
(“Grand Prize Winner”) selected. All eligible entries received will be entered
into the prize drawing to determine the Grand Prize Winner. Participants must
complete all required data requested on the entry form. Incomplete or
inaccurate registrations are void.
3. Prizing: One (1) Grand Prize
Winner will receive the Grand Prize ("Grand Prize") including: • Round
trip coach air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest departing
from an airport near Grand Prize Winner's residence to Los Angeles, California. Departure location is subject to the sole
discretion of Simmons Media Missoula. • One hotel room for two and ground
transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and their one (1) guest are offered
in this promotion. The estimated retail
value of the Grand Prize is $2,500. The
Grand Prize winner can take the cash value of the Grand Prize ($1,250) instead
of taking the trip. Decision must be
made by May 27, 2008.
4. The tentative date for prize
fulfillment is June 18, 2008, and is subject to change at Simmons Media
Missoula’s sole discretion. Total approximate retail value of this Sweepstakes
is $2,500. The actual retail value of this Sweepstakes depends on current
existing market conditions at time of prize fulfillment. Grand Prize Winner and
their one (1) guest must be available to travel during the
dates selected by Simmons Media Missoula.
In the event a chosen Grand Prize
Winner is unable to travel on such dates as determined by Simmons Media
Missoula, such Grand Prize Winner of Simmons Media Missoula’s
“Get Away with Tom & JJ to
Disneyland Sweepstakes” loses all privileges as a Grand Prize Winner
immediately. The Simmons Media Missoula may
select an alternate winner at random from among the remaining eligible entries.
Some restrictions may apply.
By entering, participants
acknowledge compliance with these official rules including all eligibility
requirements. Entries that have been
tampered with or altered are void. In the event of a dispute over who submitted
the winning entry, the holder of the winning entry form with a valid ID, will
be declared the Grand Prize winner.
5. Odds of winning will be
determined by the total number of eligible entries received.
6. By participating in this
Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of Simmons
Media Missoula, which are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
7. The Grand Prize Winner will be
chosen at random from among all Eligible Entries received by Simmons Media
Missoula on or about May 17, 2008. If any potential Grand Prize Winner is
unreachable, or if there is no response from any potential Grand Prize Winner,
an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner may be chosen, in Simmons Media
Missoula’s sole discretion. If an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner is
chosen, it will be selected randomly from the remaining Eligible Entries.
8. The receipt by the Grand Prize
Winner of any of the prize components of this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon
compliance with any and all federal, state and local rules and regulations. ANY
VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER (AT SIMMONS MEDIA
MISSOULA’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT
IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER OF SIMMONS MEDIA
MISSOULA’S “GET AWAY WITH TOM & JJ TO DISNEYLAND SWEEPSTAKES FOR ONE WINNER
AND ONE GUEST”, INCLUDING Airfare –
aCCOMMODATIONS – GROUND TRANSPORATIONS AND TICKETS TO DISNEYLAND FOR UPTO THREE
DAYS. ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
9. The value of the Grand Prize may
be taxable as income to Grand Prize Winner. Upon receipt of the prize, the
Grand Prize Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal,
state and local tax that becomes due with respect to the Grand Prize.
10. Sweepstakes is open to all residents
who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry. In the event that the Grand
Prize Winner is under 18 years of age, an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner
may be chosen, in Simmons Media Missoula’s sole discretion. If an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner
is chosen, it will be selected randomly from the remaining Eligible
Entries.
11. All interpretations of the
rules and decisions by Simmons Media Missoula are final. Simmons Media Missoula
reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds
to be tampering with the entry process.
